Our FOH is our front line; our face and best foot forward. Our FOH staff is comprised of people from all backgrounds, from part time students and full time retailers. We greet you with a smile, a sample and anything you need to make your visit amazing! We aim to please ☺

Our icers are the ones that fulfill the aesthetic execution of a DoughNat. No kitchen experience necessary, our icers are a diversified group, from engineering students, to foodies, to full time kitchen staff or aspiring cooks and bakers. We teach you everything you need to know to ice our DoughNats with good energy and consistency.

Kitchen Staff

Our kitchen staff is the source of all the dough-ey goodness! All the doughs and preparations come from our kitchens. Chef Nat has her hand in training every single person that comes through our kitchens and is present daily to ensure consistency and excellence as we continue to scale.

Administrative staff

Marketing, accounting, office management, operations, human resources… this ain’t your average bakery! We do it all in house. We have built our space to accommodate office space for both creative and administrative positions. We are consistently evolving to accommodate our rapid growth.
